Another powerful mini PC that appears in stores, the so-called GMKtec K4 which this time opts for the high-performance AMD Ryzen 7940HS processor.
An AMD Octa Core chip manufactured in 4mm, based on the Phoenix architecture and includes an interesting AMD RADEON 780M GPU of which you can check the performance in our review. It also stands out for incorporating DDR5 memory, good network connectivity with wifi 6 and Ethernet 2.5G and one USB-C 4 port, similar to Thunderbolt 3 in speed, which uses a reversible USB-C connector with speeds of up to 40 Gbps and in this case is also enabled for video output.

The GMKtec K4 mini PC has as its central core a powerful AMD Ryzen 7940HS processor manufactured in 4nm with a TDP between 35 and 54 W and cooled by a fan. This chip is an Octa Core with 15 threads that reaches 5.2 Ghz in turbo mode. For graphics we have an integrated AMD 780M with 12 RDNA 3 GPUs reaching 2.8 Ghz maximum speed.
The RAM is 16/32 GB DDR5 5600Mhz Dual Channel expandable up to 64 GB. For storage we have an M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD installed with a capacity of 1 TB.
Other features
For network connectivity, we have a good combo with Wifi 6 + Bluetooth 5.2 (Realtek 8852BE) and a RJ45 2.5G network port. As interfaces, we find on the perimeter of the case 3 USB 3.2 ports, a USB 2.0, 3.5mm audio jack, two HDMI 2.0 video outputs and a USB-C 4 with data, power and DisplayPort 1.4 video output.
The small GMKtec K4 is powered by a small external transformer, a VESA plate is included to anchor it behind any monitor or TV and the operating system is Windows 11 Pro.
