We have more and more powerful mini PCs with the latest generation processors, as in the GMKtec K9 which includes an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor 125H.
This is a processor with 14 cores with which this mini PC will fly. A chip that includes the new Intel Arc Xe graphics iGPU, this time with 7 cores, with a performance that has nothing to envy to the AMD Ryzen 7000/8000 with RDNA3 and that represents a big step forward for Intel in the graphics aspect.
A fairly complete mini PC, as we can install up to 96 GB of DDR5 RAM, two NVMe SSDs, and we have a USB4 port, similar to Thunderbolt 3 and with data transmission speeds that reach up to 40 Gbps and is also enabled for video output.

The new GMKtec K9 includes the powerful Intel Core Ultra 5 processor 125H, manufactured in 7 nm and that competes directly with the AMD Ryzen Z1. A chip that has 14 cores (4 Performance + 8 Efficient + 2 Low Power Efficient) and 18 threads. The maximum speed reached by the cores is 4.8 GHz and the GPU is an Intel Arc graphics with 7 Xe-Cores with image and performance improvements with XeSS and also integrates an NPU for artificial intelligence work.
For RAM memory we have options with 16 and 32 GB DDR5 Dual Channel at 5600 Mhz expandable up to 96 GB. For storage, we find two connectors for high-speed SSD 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0×4 of 512 GB and 1 or 2 TB capacity.
Other notable features
For network connectivity we will be well-equipped with this mini PC, as we have Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and two RJ45 2.5G network ports. As ports, we find 4 USB-A 3.2 Gen2, 3.5 mm combo audio jack and HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 video outputs. On the front, we also have a USB4 port with video output, so we can connect up to three screens at the same time.
The power supply is external, the operating system is Windows 11 Pro if we buy it with RAM and SSD and a small VESA bracket is included to hang it behind any monitor or TV.
