Available in stores the new GMKtec NucBox K15 mini PC, a machine with a great design and with specifications more contained than those of its big brother K12.
The price of this mini PC is somewhat lower because it has a simpler processor, in this case the Intel Core Ultra 5 125U with low power consumption. A solution that we normally find in economic laptops, but that will offer us enough power for any task on our desktop. One machine that does not fall short in terms of ports and we have two 2.5G Ethernet and a high-speed Wifi 6E adapter.
This computer that has USB4 connector, this allows us to use it with good performance by connecting an external GPU. Thanks to this option, it is possible to play very demanding games with good graphics quality.

Inside this mini PC we find the new Intel Core Ultra 5 125U processor, manufactured in 5 nm. A chip that has 12 cores that reaches a maximum speed of 4.6 GHz with 12 cores (2P 8E 2LE) and 14 threads, with consumption 35 W TPD. It has a dedicated AI NPU up to 1.4 GHz for this type of tasks. The GPU with 4 Xe-Cores with image enhancements and performance improvement with XeSS.
As for RAM memory we have different versions with 16/32 GB DDR5 4800 MHz in Dual Channel For storage we have a 1 TB SSD, but we have two more connectors for M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSD so we can have up to 24 TB of storage.
Ports and operating system
As wireless connectivity we have a Wifi 6E adapter and Bluetooth 5.2. As connectors we have a 3.5 mm audio jack, three USB-A 3.2 Gen2, a USB4 port, a USB 2.0, a USB-C 3.2 and two Ethernet 2.5 GB network ports. As video outputs we have at our disposal an HDMI 2.1, a DisplayPort 1.4 and its two USB-C with DP video output with 8K@60 HDR10 support which gives us the possibility of connecting up to 4 simultaneous displays adding all outputs.
This computer includes as system Windows 11 Pro if we buy the version with RAM and disk, but we can also install Linux. The design of this box allows us to mount the mini PC both vertically and horizontally.
