Hisense C2, new high-performance 4K laser projector

New 4K laser portable projector called Hisense C2, a high-end product that is a slightly cheaper version of the Hisense C2 Ultra.

A projector with great design that has the latest technology that certainly draws attention for its rotating and swivel base that allows us to put it in any position. Thanks to the triple laser projection system that integrates this projector we will have a high image quality at all times that is also supported by camera that allows us to have autofocus and geometry correction automatically.

The light source of the Hisense C2 guarantees a high quality image thanks to its certificates. For the sound we have 2×10 W JBL speakers compatible with Dolby and DTS and as operating system we have Android TV 11 with Chromecast included.

Hisense C2 Specifications

This projector features DLP Optical Laser ALC Triple Color RGB technology with TI 0.47” DMD chip, 4K native resolution and 1700 CVIA Lumens brightness. It has HDR10 support, 110% BT.2020 color gamut and 1700:1 contrast. A quality that allows us to have the maximum sizes on our screen.

The focus is automatic, as the keystone correction, and we can get a screen with recommended dimensions up to 150″ placing it between 1.5 and 3.5 m. On the top of the projector we find several control keys in its small box, so we can control it from there, as well as through the bluetooth remote control.

Connections, multimedia and other features

The SoC of the Hisense C2 is a MediaTek MT9679, a Quad Core with ARM Cortex-A55 processors up to 1.5 GHz and an Arm Mali-G52 2EE MC1 GPU with AV1 video support.It also includes 4 GB of RAM, 32 GB of eMMc storage memory, Wifi 6 connectivity and Bluetooth 5.2, a good choice for high quality streaming on the go.

As a system we have Android TV 11 with the custom layer VIDAA U7.6, which in the western market has all the DRM certificates for the most popular streaming services. In addition, we have calibrated Filmaker Mode to have a perfect image for movies. In the Gaming section we can set it to 2K@120fps to have the highest fluidity.

For connectivity, this Hisense includes two USB 3.0 ports, Ethernet, SPDIF and two HDMI 2.1 video connectors with ARC and ALLM audio support. We also have a built-in stand that allows you to rotate it 260 degrees and put it in vertical tilt, we can also carry it comfortably in its included case.
