The new HONOR Pad X8b tablet has just been unveiled. As its name suggests, it is an evolution of the well-known HONOR Pad X8a, featuring several improvements.
The biggest update is in the battery, which is now significantly larger at 10,100 mAh, and despite this significant increase in capacity, its weight remains at around 495 grams. The 11″ FullView display, which occupies 84% of the front, also has some improvements in brightness, and its aluminum body is now more resistant to drops and water. The HONOR Pad X8b retains the efficient mid-range Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, which is found in many tablets.
The operating system is Android 16 with the MagicOS 10.0 layer, which includes the HONOR KIDS space for children.

This tablet is powered by the popular 6 nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 Octa Core SoC. It has a fast quad-core cluster with up to 2.4GHz Kryo 265 Gold and an energy-saving cluster with up to 1.8GHz Kryo 265 Silver. In addition, this SoC integrates a mid-range Adreno 610 GPU, which allows you to play almost any current game.
It also has 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, which can be expanded up to 2 TB thanks to its micro SD card reader.
Display and other interesting features
The HONOR Pad X8b has an 11-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels, a 15:9 aspect ratio, a maximum brightness of 500 nits, and a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz. The screen is accompanied by a front camera with a 5 MP sensor and microphone and a rear camera with the same 5 MP sensor and integrated LED flash.
The tablet also features Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1 wireless connectivity. The battery is 10100 mAh and for sound, we have 4 Hi-Res audiocompatible speakers. In terms of connectivity, we have a single USB Type-C 2.0 port for data and internal battery charging.
