The new Huami Amazfit GTR is officially presented, a smartwatch that closely follow the wake of Amazfit Smart Watch 2 at the hardware level but that include differences in design and sensors. The Amazfit GTR comes in two versions in different sizes, the largest one with a 47mm case and the other with a 42mm case. Smart watches with a more classic design with metallic body but that include all kinds of monitoring functions of our physical activity and other more usual.
The Huami Amazfit GTR includes a 1.2″ AMOLED screen and 390 × 390 pixels resolution in the 42mm and 1.39″ version and 454 × 454 pixels in the 47mm sphere version. Both versions have Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, can be submerged up to 50m and have IP68 protection against water and dust.
They also have NFC, GPS + GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0 BLE and a 410 mAh battery for the 47mm model capable of lasting up to 24 days while the 42mm has a battery of 195 mAh with a duration of up to 12 days. The operating system is Amazfit OS and includes sensors of ambient light, accelerometer, pressure, pulsometer and geomagnetic. To control these smartwatches we have a couple of buttons.
