HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 (2026), new mid-range with Kirin T82

Launched in China the new HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 (2026) tablet, a mid-range product that we will see on sale in international stores soon.

This new Huawei in its 2026 version stands out externally for its unibody metal body and the inclusion of its stylus for taking notes or drawing. Inside we have a HUAWEI Kirin T82 processor, a solution with twelve cores that places it in the mid-range. The screen offers 2.5K resolution and a good size of 11.5 inches with a fairly high brightness.

As operating system we have Huawei’s HarmonyOS 5.1, something to keep in mind, since as we know we do not have Google services installed. Although they can be installed by hand with a little skill.

Inside the HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 (2026) tablet we have as engine a HUAWEI Kirin T82/B SoC manufactured in 7nm. A chip with twelve cores from this manufacturer. A processor with a power to move apps without problems and games at medium or low level.

The version of this tablet on offer comes with 8/12 GB of RAM soldered on the board and for storage we have 128/256 GB in its different options.

Display and other features

The HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 (2026) tablet has an 11.5-inch IPS display with a good resolution of 2456×1600, 120 Hz refresh, 600 nits brightness and light sensor. This display is compatible with the HUAWEI M-Pencil 3rd generation. The front camera is 5 MP, the rear camera is also 13 MP.

On the sides we find its single USB-C 2.0 port for charging and data transfer. We also have Wifi 6 connectivity, Bluetooth 5.3 and thebattery is 10,100 mAh with 40 W fast charging. The dimensions are 262.63 x 177.53 x 6.1 mm and the weight is 515 g
