Again we find one of the few options that there is TV-Box under Android that include an internal bay to install a storage unit. This time the AndroidPC in question is called Excelvan EX – T2 and is only a variant of some Box that we had previously seen. This new version we see that includes 3GB of RAM and continues to maintain the internal space to install an SSD or HD with SATA3 connector. An interesting alternative to mount a mediaplayer, although at the moment the price is not very attractive.
SoC, RAM and storage
The Excelvan EX-T2 TV-Box includes AMlogic’s most powerful SoC, the Octa Core S912 that integrates 64-bit ARM Cortex-A53 CPUs and a Mali-T820MP3 GPU capable of decoding video up to 4K @ 60fps resolutions with HDR among others. This unit integrates 3 GB of DDR3 RAM and 16 GB of eMMc storage memory on its motherboard. A more than enough configuration to be able to execute even any 3D game or App.
