The Smart TV Box J15 PRO arrives to the stores with a peculiar design, with a quite unique design and far from the typical square boxes. This is a media player suitable as a 4K media player and little else since its RK3328 SoC, lags behind other solutions we have on the market for the same price.
Little to highlight about this Chinese box, only the inclusion of a remote control with a microphone to give orders to the Android assistant. As negative points remember that in this category we do not have guaranteed update support and that they do not have DRM certificates with which we can only see Netflix and other paid streaming platforms in the most basic image quality.
SoC, RAM and storage
The Smart Box b is powered by the Rockchip RK3328 SoC that integrates four ARM Cortex-A53 processors and a Mali-450mp2 GPU that includes native H.265 and VP9 video decoding up to 4K@60fps resolutions with support for HLG HDR. It has 2/4 GB of DDR3 RAM and 16/32/64 GB of eMMc storage memory that we can expand by adding a memory card in the included microSD card reader.

The wireless connectivity of this TV-Box is dual band WiFi and Bluetooth 4.1. On the sides of the box with a front display for the time we find a USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0, 10/100 network connector, SPDIF digital audio output and an HDMI 2.0a port that allows up to 4K@60fps video resolutions. .
