Just launched globally, the new Legion Tab Gen 3 gaming tablet launched in China as Legion Y700 2025, which is available on AliExpress.
A tablet that, like all of its successful range, is designed specifically to get the most out of gaming thanks to its specific hardware and software. Inside its metal body we have an advanced cooling system, high-speed Wi-Fi 7 connectivity and two USB-C ports if we want to charge the tablet while playing with a gamepad for example.
This Lenovo is driven by a powerful high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which will give us excellent performance and has a score of around 2,100,000 points in Antutu v10. Its operating system is Android 14, although updates are promised up to Android 17.

This tablet for gamers includes the powerful Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC manufactured by TSCM in 4nm. This chip reaches up to 3.3 GHz in its ARM Cortex-X1 core, has three other ARM Cortex-A720 cores at lower speeds and four low-power ARM Cortex-A520 CPUs. In the graphics section, we have an Adreno 735 GPU with OpenGL 3.2 and Vulkan 1.1 support.
This tablet includes 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB UFS 4.0 high-speed storage memory, plus microSD memory card slot.
Other notable features
The Legion Tab Gen 3 features an 8.8-inch IPS display with 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution, 7:5 ratio, brightness up to 500 nits and a refresh rate that reaches 165 Hz. It supports stylus with precision up to 8192 pressure levels and a delay of only 4 ms.
The front camera is 8 MP and on the back we have a 13 MP camera with integrated flash supported by a 2 MP macro. In the audio section we have 2 speakers that support Dolby Atmos audio and two USB Type-C 3.2 ports, Wifi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 are included. The battery is 6560 mAh and has fast charging 45 W and finally, its measurements are 208.54 x 129.46 x 7.79 mm and the weight stays at about 350 g.
Price and availability
- The Legion Tab Gen 3 is currently only available for purchase on the Lenovo USA website for $499, although it is expected to be available in other countries soon.
