The ECS brand continues to show great activity and periodically brings out interesting mini-PC’s, although unfortunately many of them have a somewhat limited distribution.
Today we know the new LIVA Z3E Plus a very compact computer, only 117 x 128 X 52.9 mm, with the good finishes that usually does not offer this brand and that comes with Intel 10th Generation processors and a good range of connectors and RAM and storage expansion options. A mini PC that is basically aimed at the professional market as indicated by the two COM ports included although we have a version called LIVA Z3 Plus that does not have these ports and lacks the 2.5″ disk bay. We also highlight its four digital microphones that we have in the box to use voice assistants.
Processor, RAM and storage
For the LIVA Z3E Plus we have versions available for all tastes and pockets with Intel Comet Lake-U Core i7-10710U, i7-10510U, i5-10210U and i3-10110U processors. For RAM, we have available 2 SO-DIMM DDR4 slots where we can install up to 32 GB, for storage it is compatible with Intel Octane and we find an M.2 port and a bay for 2.5 inch SATA 3 drives.
Other specifications
For wireless connectivity we have Wi-Fi aX and Bluetoth 5.0 on a card installed in an M.2 port. The included connectors are an HDMI 2.0 port, mini DP, two Gigabyte network ports, 3.5 mm audio jack, 3 USB 3.1 ports and a USB Type-C 3.1 connector.
