M6 compact miniPC getting upgraded with Intel Pentium Silver N6000

If just a few days ago we showed you the JX1 mini PC with Celeron N5105 today we have a more powerful variant called M6 with an Intel Pentium Silver N6000 as processor.

The Intel Pentium Silver N6000 belongs to the Jasper Lake family, it is based on Tremont technology at 10 nm, which is a good leap in all respects from the N5xxx, something that guarantees good performance in office tasks, web browsing and the like.

The rest of the specifications of the M6 ​​mini PC are the same as its predecessor, with Wifi 6 and NVMe SSD as strong points. The external design does not change either and that is that the box is the same, only the processor changes and, therefore, the price that rises.

The M6 ​​mini PC is powered by an Intel Pentium Silver N6000 processor, a 4-thread Quad Core with 6W TPD, 1.1Ghz base speed, 3.3Ghz turbo and a discrete integrated Intel UHD GPU with 32EU. The prcessor is cooled by a low noise fan.

For RAM we have options with 8/16 GB LPDDR4 2933 Mhz Single channel soldered on the board that cannot be expanded. Regarding storage, despite its size, we have an M.2 2242 SSD of 128/256/512 GB or 1 TB of capacity and another M.2 NVMe 2280 port where to install a second high-speed SSD. Access to both SSDs is very easy thanks to a door that we have at the bottom of the box.

Other specs

This low consumption mini PC includes an Intel AX201 module with Wi-Fi 6 AX 2×2 and Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless connectivity. As for ports, we find in the back of its small box a 3.5 mm audio jack, Gigabit network connector, three USB 3.1 ports, HDMI 2.0 video output that allows video resolutions up to 4K@60fps and a USB Type-C port for data and 4K video.

The included operating system is Windows 11 and includes a small external power supply of only 24 W.
