M96 another TV-Box with SoC RK3528 and Android 13 arrives in stores

The M96 is another TV-Box with Android 13 in the long list of these gadgets that come with the low-end SoC Rockchip RK3528.

An Android box that only stands out for including more connectors than usual as a SPDIF port and an external Wi-Fi antenna that will improve coverage. The M96 uses the Rockchip RK3528 Quad Core SoC and its hardware configuration is quite modest, and its operating system is Android 13 with AirPlay and Miracast compatibility to connect to any mobile or tablet.

The M96 is another entry-level Android Box option with the RK3528 SoC that can serve as a media player up to 4K resolutions, to run apps, IPTV, KODI, basic games and low-resource demanding apps.

The Android TV Box M96 includes a low power consumption Rockchip RK3528 processor. This chip is a Quad Core with ARM Cortex-A53 processors up to 2.0 Ghz and a modest ARM MALI-450 MP2 GPU.

For RAM, we have several models with 2/4 GB DDR3 and for storage we can choose between the typical versions with 16/32/64 GB. We also have a micro SD card reader on the side of its small plastic case, so we can always expand the storage memory up to 256 GB at least.

In the area of network connectivity, this time we have a 10/100 network connector, Dual Band Wi-Fi aC with external antenna and Bluetooth 5.0.
