We have already lost the account of many Chinese Boxes that come with the SoC duet of Rockchip RK3328 + 4GB of RAM and today we have as a novelty the Box M9S J1 that has these specifications. Nothing to highlight this new Chinese product with specifications that we could qualify as correct without more but with a support that surely shine by its absence.
SoC, RAM and storage
The TV-Box M9S J1 has as its heart the Soch RK3328 of Rockchip that includes four processors ARM Cortex-A53 and a GPU Mali-450mp2 that includes native decoding of video H.265 and VP9 up to 4K @ 60fps with support for HLG HDR. It also includes 4 GB of DDR3 RAM and 32 GB of eMMc storage memory that can be expanded by the microSD card reader included in one of the sides of the box.
Connectivity and other specifications
At the level of wireless connections this box is quite basic since it includes b/g/n WiFi with internal antenna and Bluetooth 4.0. As ports we find on the sides of the box a USB 3.0 connector, two USB 2.0, 10/100 network connector, audio jack and SPDIF jack, AV jack and an HDMI 2.0a port. This TV-Box includes a basic IR remote control and also the cables needed to use it from the start.
