These days the Global Sources Electronics Fair 2018 is held in Hong Kong and in this framework we always have news of new devices, the brand that never fails to this event is MeLE that this time are presenting two new products. The most striking model is without a doubt its MeLE PCC65 oriented to the Video Conferences that does not leave indifferent for its design, the second model that has been released is the MeLE PCG02 GML which is a new version of its classic PC-Stick but with the latest generation of Intel Gemini Lake processors.
The new MeLE PCC65 Video Conference System is a mini PC with the design of the brand with a camera at the top than can tilt or rotate, a Skype for Bussines certified camera with 5 MP resolution with a 72.5º viewing angle, 12X optical zoom and built-in microphone. As we see on the front of the box we have buttons that give us direct access to different useful functions in a video conference and on the side we have four USB ports easily accessible.
At PC hardware level we have two variants one that mounts a Gemini Lake processor (PCC65 GML) with 8 GB of RAM and another more powerful one that integrates an Intel Kaby Lake-U processor that can mount up to 32 GB of RAM with a consumption of 15 W. The two models integrate an internal storage of up to 64 GB, slot for M.2 disks, four USB 3.0 ports, Wifi ac with two external antennas, Bluetooth 4.0, Gigabit Ethernet port, HDMI video and VGA output.
The MeLE PCG02 GML fanless mini PC that continues with the design of the recent MeLE PCG02 APO includes in this case the Gemini Lake processors like the Intel Celeron N4000 Dual Core or the Intel Celeron N4100 Quad Core, both with consumption of only 6 W that works between 1.1 and 2.6 or 2.4 GHz and that integrates an Intel HD Graphics 600 GPU with 12 execution units. Different versions are shuffled with 2, 4 or 6 GB of LPDDR3 RAM, 32 GB of storage memory, will have WiFi aC and Bluetooth 4.2. In terms of connectivity we have a Gigabit Ethernet connector, microSD card reader, HDMI 2.0 port as a novelty, 2 USB 3.0 ports and a 3.5 mm audio jack. We still have no date or price for these two products, but I’m sure they still have months to be available.
