We already have available in Chinese stores the Minisforum DeskMini DMAF5 mini PC, a product of small dimensions, great power and low consumption that mounts a Ryzen 5 3550H APU.
A small computer that shares specifications with the Beelink GT-R that we saw recently in review, although it looks for a more compact design and fewer options in some sections. The price is also different from the Beelink, this Minisforum being cheaper and equally valid for office automation, telecommuting, 4K multimedia and moving many games thanks to the AMD GPU.
Processor, RAM and storage
The Minisforum Deskmini DMAF5 miniPC includes a Quad Core Ryzen 5 3550H APU, with a consumption of 25/35 W TPD, 8 threads, a maximum speed of 3.7Ghz and with a Radeon Vega 8 Graphics GPU. For RAM, we have 2 memory slots for SO-DIMM DDR4 with versions with 8/16 GB while for storage it includes a 256/512 GB M.2 NVMe disk and another free SATA3 port with space for a 2.5 unit inches.
Other specs
In the wireless connectivity section, it includes Dual Band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 with an Intel AX200 adapter. On the front of the box we have 2 USB 3.0 ports, one of them for charging, a USB 3.1 Type-C port with video output, 3.5 mm audio jack and double microphone for Cortana.
At the back we have two Gigabit network connectors, two USB 3.0 connectors, an HDMI 2.0 video output and a DP 1.4 with 4K @ 60fps HDR support with which we can connect up to three simultaneous displays. This mini PC is compatible with Windows 10 and Linux and also includes VESA mount fixation.
