This new mini PC draws attention by including an Intel 11 gen processor with a fairly solvent GPU such as an Intel Iris Xe, of this Intel processor you can see our Review in detail. We also find a versatile Thunderbolt 4 port, where we would even have the option to connect an external GPU thanks to its data transmission capacity as a relevant element.
Note that in this case the EliteMini TL50 does not allow to increase the installed RAM, as it is soldered on the motherboard and does not have any expansion slot.
Processor, RAM and storage
The Minisforum EliteMini TL50 mini PC includes a processor manufactured in 10 nm SuperFin, the Intel Core i5-1135G7 with 4 cores capable of reaching up to 4.2 GHz in turbo mode and including an Intel Iris Xᵉ GPU with 80 execution Units and reaching 1.30 GHz.
RAM is 12 GB LPDDR4 soldered on board and we can not expand while for storage we have a 512 GB capacity M.2 NVMe SSD, plus two bays for 2.5-inch SATA3 storage drives.
Connectivity and other specifications
Inside this mini PC we have in the field of wireless connectivity a Wifi 6 AX200 adapter and Bluetooth 5.1 with internal antenna. On the perimeter of the case we have 4 USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0, a Thunderbolt 4 for data and video, 2 3.5 mm audio jacks, two RJ45 Gigabit 2.5 G network connectors, HDMI 2.0 video output ports with 4K@60 HDR support and another DisplayPort also with support for UHD resolutions.
