Introducing the new MINISFORUM MS-A2 mini workstation, a professional-oriented PC with powerful network adapters.
This is a version of the MINISFORUM MS-A1 now with AMD processors. This machine features 2 RJ45 SFP network ports capable of 10 Gbps transmission speed and 2 2.5G network ports. And that’s not all, we have two USB4 ports that reach 40 Gbps maximum speed. It also stands out in terms of storage, since we have 3 internal NVMe SSD connectors for up to 12 TB.
As processor we have two powerful options with the AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX processor and the AMD Ryzen 7 7945HX, solutions oriented to computing power.
MINISFORUM MS-A2 Specifications
The most powerful version of the MINIS FORUM MS-A2 includes an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX processor with Zen 5 cores manufactured on 4nm, with 16 cores and 32 threads up to 5.4 GHz. We also have another variant with an AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX processor with Zen 4 cores manufactured on 5nm, it has the same 16 cores and 32 threads up to 5.4 GHz. These two APUs have an integrated AMD Radeon 610M GPU, a fairly simple solution that is not oriented to games.
In the RAM section we have two SO-SIMM DDR5 5600/5200 Mhz slots where we can install up to 64 GB. For storage we have two M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSD connectors and another M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0 U.2 compatible.
Other notable features
In terms of wireless connectivity we have an M.2 card with triple-band Wifi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2. As connectors we find an internal PCIe 4.0 x16 half-height slot, 3.5 mm combo audio jack, 4 RJ45 network connectors, two USB4 and HDMI 2.0 video output.
The chassis of this mini PC has a volume of only 1.78 Books, undoubtedly a very compact computer. The dimensions are 196×189×48 mm and the weight is 1.4 kg.
