The new MINISFORUM MS-S1 MAX-P495 desktop mini-computer has been unveiled as a high-performance machine that’s sure to impress with its power and price.
This machine is designed for the most demanding AI tasks, delivering up to 131 TOPS of performance. At its core is the AMD Ryzen AI Max 495 processor, featuring 16 cores and 32 threads, clocking up to 5.2 GHz, and an AI core with 55 TOPS of performance. The graphics engine is the Radeon 8060S GPU with 40 cores a formidable component. It also features two 10G Ethernet ports for setting up a high-performance online server.
This machine also features a PCIe x16 slot, providing a platform for adding additional dedicated hardware. The case includes a built-in 320 W power supply that can handle any load.

This mini PC is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Max 495 APU, manufactured using efficient 4-nm technology, which drives the system. This is a 16-core, 32-thread chip with Zen 5 technology that reaches speeds of up to 5.2 GHz and incorporates a 55 TOPS AI core for artificial intelligence tasks, reaching 131 TOPS when combined with the CPU. It features the 40-core Radeon 8060S iGPU, which can run fairly demanding games. For cooling, it features a copper block with 6 heat pipes and PCM compound for maximum efficiency.
The total RAM integrated on the board is 192 GB of LPDDR5 at 8533 MHz in an octa-channel configuration, which boosts the speed of the integrated GPU and allows for 160 GB to be allocated to VRAM. For storage, there are two slots for M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0×4 SSDs, allowing for up to 8 TB of storage if desired.

In terms of wireless connectivity, there’s an M.2 card with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, as well as two 10G Ethernet ports.
