Today we present the new low-consumption miniPC MINISFORUM UM270 that this time includes as a novelty an AMD Ryzen 7 2700U, which integrates a Vega 10 Graphics GPU with which we can already play many things.
A mini PC with the usual design of this brand, which includes an easy-open top and many ports on its perimeter. The AMD Ryzen 7 2700U is a Quad Core APU with 8 threads with which we will have no problems moving any program and the Windows 10 Pro that it has installed. In the MINISFORUM UM270 it is also possible to expand the RAM up to 32 GB, add another storage unit and also includes a support to mount it behind monitors or TV with VESA hook and an internal microphone.
SoC, RAM and storage
This miniPC includes an AMD Ryzen 7 2700U APU, a Quad Core with eight threads manufactured in 14nm with processors that reach up to 3.8 GHz and that includes a powerful Radeon Vega 10 GPU that reaches 1300 MHz of speed. This APU is cooled by an internal fan and includes 16 GB of DDR4 2400 MHz RAM in Dual Channel with two SO-DIMM slots and as a storage option we have versions with a 256/512 GB M.2 NVMe 2280 SSD and the possibility of mounting a 2.5″ internal SATA3 disk.
Other specs
Within this mini PC we have in the field of wireless connectivity a Wi-Fi 6 AX200 and Bluetooth 5.1 adapter with internal antenna. On the perimeter of the box we have 2 USB 2.0 ports, a USB 3.0 Gen1, another USB 3.0 Gen2, a USB Type-C Gen2 for data, video and charging, 3.5 mm audio jack, two Gigabit network connectors, one HDMI 2.0 video output with 4K @ 60 HDR support and another DisplayPort.
