New retro micro console called MIYOO mini that offers some interesting features. This small machine stands out for its tiny design that allows us to store it anywhere.
The small retro console MIYOO mini has a size of only 93.5 x 65 x 18 mm. It is inspired as we see in the classic Game Boy, and has a very similar set of controls accompanied by a 2.8″ screen in 4:3 format. This retro console is a good option if we are looking for something easily portable and with a resistant design. The included battery allows us to play up to 5 hours depending on the game and is also replaceable.
MIYOO mini Specifications
The MIYOO mini retro console features a 2.8″ IPS screen with a good resolution of 640 × 480 pixels. To run emulated titles it has two Cortex-A7 cores that reach up to 1.2 GHz. Sufficient hardware to run 16bit consoles, even PS1, but perhaps with somewhat low fps.
We do not know the exact amount of RAM. As operating system we have Retroarch Linux, a system that can get more performance than Android in this limited hardware.
As for control, it has a directional pad, four front buttons, four rear buttons, Start and Select buttons, plus a menu button. In terms of connectivity we have a micro SD card reader and a USB Type-C charging port for its removable 1900 mAh internal battery. The audio section is discreet with a single small 1 W speaker in the front area.
