We already have with us the first mini PC called MOREFINE M9 to mount the new low power Intel Gen12 Alder Lake processors.
This mini PC debuts the Intel Processor N100 quad-core that ends with the Celeron and Pentium names, soon we will surely also see some with the Intel Processor N200 almost identical but somewhat more powerful. These processors have very low power consumption of only 6W TPD and are manufactured in 10 nm. Within these processors we have an Intel HD Graphics GPU, unfortunately they do not make the leap to integrate the new Intel Xe.
MOREFINE M9 Specifications
The MOREFINE M9 mini PC integrates as engine the Intel N100 processor manufactured in 10 nm (Intel 7) with four cores and four execution threads that reach up to 3.4 GHz. For the graphics section we have an integrated Intel UHD Graphics GPU with 24EU compatible with VP9 and h.265 video codecs up to 4K@60fps. A processor and GPU that is not designed for demanding 3D titles, but it does allow us to use the device for many other daily multimedia or office tasks.
As for the RAM memory, we have two SO-DIMM DDR4 3200 MHz slots with support for up to 32 GB in Dual Channel. For storage we have capacity for an M.2 NVMe 2280 SSD and another M.2 SATA 3 2242 drive.
For wireless connectivity includes an M.2 module with dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. In the connector area we have 4 USB 3.2 ports, 3.5 mm audio jack, Gigabit Ethernet port and two HDMI 2.0a video outputs that allow 4K@60fps video playback without problems.
