A new version of a well-known mini PC has been unveiled. The MOREFINE S700 Max now offers us the powerful Intel Core Ultra 9 285H processor, updating the previous model.
This computer multiplies the computing power of the previous MOREFINE S700, upgrading from the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H to the more powerful Intel Core Ultra 9 285H, a processor with 16 cores and high computing power that includes an Intel Arc 140T iGPU with 8 Xe cores. In addition, we have faster memory that reaches up to 6400 MT/s in Dual channel, ideal for accelerating gaming with iGPU. The design remains identical with lower LEDs, upper LCD screen, perforated case, and many expansion options.
Among the connectors on this machine, itsf our 8K video outputs and high-speed 2.5Gbps Ethernet connectors stand out. We also have USB4 connectors for use with an external GPU.
MOREFINE S700 Max mini PC specifications
This new mini PCis powered by the powerful Intel Core Ultra 9 285Hprocessor with the same 16-core configuration that reaches5.4 GHz and 45 W. The GPU is an Intel Arc 140Twith8 Xe-Cores with image and performance enhancements with XeSS. In addition, it integrates an NPU for artificial intelligence tasks into its silicon, which, added to the processor, reaches up to 99 TOPS.
In terms of RAM, there are two SODIMM DDR5 6400 MT/s slots in Dual Channel, expandable up to 96 GB, if you’re feeling generous. For storage, it comes with two high-speed NVMe PCIe 4.0×4 SSD connectors that support drives up to 8 TB.
Other notable features
For network connectivity, we find high-speed Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and two high-speed RJ45 2.5 GB network ports. In terms of ports, there are two USB-A 3.2 Gen2, two USB4 up to 40 Gbps with DisplayPort video output, and a 3.5 mm audio jack on the perimeter of the case. In addition to HDMI 2.1 and DP 2.1 ports, this adds up to a total of four 8K@60 HDR video outputs.
By default, there is an external power supply that connects to the rear DC jack. The operating system is Windows 11 Pro, and there is a fingerprint lock system for accessing the OS. As an added detail, real-time information can be read on the upper LCD screen.
