The Motorola Edge 70 Pro, the successor to the Motorola Edge 70 with several upgraded specs, has already hit stores in Asia, and we hope it won’t be long before it arrives in the West.
Its metal body, featuring Motorola’s signature design, includes IP69/IP68 and MIL-STD 810H military certifications, ensuring excellent resistance to drops, dust, and water. The processor has been upgraded to a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme, which is nearly twice as powerful as the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 found in the non-Pro version and, to give you a reference, scores approximately 2,300,000 points on the Antutu v11 app.
It also features a larger 6,500 mAh battery and a slightly larger display with a higher refresh rate. The cameras remain unchanged, and the weight increases to 183 grams. It runs on Android 16 and is guaranteed three system and security updates for the long term.
