MX pro is a new device that arrives to the TV-Box market and surprises us with the inclusion of a SoC Allwinner H5, a chip that we have seen so far on development boards that have different images of Linux distributions. As for this little device we can comment their very trimmed hardware, only 1 GB of RAM, with those specs will have very difficult to gain a piece of the market.
The TV-Box MX pro has as core the Allwinner H5 SoC, a chip that mounts four ARM Cortex-A53 processors with 64bit instructions and a Mali-450MP2 GPU. It also has 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of storage memory and b/g/n Wi-Fi with an internal antenna. At the connectivity level, it has 3 USB 2.0 ports, microSD card reader. 10/100 network port, SPDIF audio output and an HDMi 1.4b port that allows video output at a maximum resolution of 4K@30fps.
The operating system is Android 7.0 and among the accessories could not miss an infrared remote control.
