Strange pair of TV-Boxes what we find today on Aliexpress.com with the names of MXQ S11X and MXQ S11W, a pair of boxes based on low-end Amlogic SoC’s.
A few boxes that include in their body a pair of 3W speakers and a pair of microphones that work up to a perimeter of 3.5 m so that in theory we can give orders without the need for a remote control. As an operating system we have Android TV 7.1, a version that is already out of date, for computers that are already born dead, since we will not have access to paid streaming platforms beyond in the basic quality and Chromecast, since these Chinese Boxes are not certified by Google.
SoC, RAM and storage
The MXQ S11X and MXQ S11W TV-Boxes include the Quad Core Amlogic S905X and S905W SoCs respectively, chips that are currently outdated. For both models we have 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of eMMc storage memory and a micro SD card reader.
Other specs
For wireless connectivity we have Wi-Fi aC and Bluetooth 4.2 for the MXQ S11X and Wi-Fi b/g/n with Bluetooth 4.0 for the MXQ S11W. In the field of connectors we find 2 USB 2.0 ports, an RJ-45 10/100 network port and an HDMI connector. Among the accessories we also have a remote control with a microphone to be able to use Google Assistant from it.
