NEOSMAY AC8-N, new fanless mini PC with Intel N100

New fanless PC presented under the name of NEOSMAY AC8-N. A small computer ideal for desktop use, digital signage or industrial applications.

This small Newsmay Technology has the new low power processor Intel N100 that we have already seen in multiple reviews. A system that offers enough power for office use, web browsing or multimedia consumption, all in absolute silence to be a fanless computer. A system that offers multiple storage and expansion options thanks to its design. With its small size, we can hang it behind any monitor or hide it in a corner of our desk or in the living room as an HTPC.

NEOSMAY AC8-N Specifications

The NEOSMAY AC8-N mini PC features the Intel N100 processor manufactured in 10 nm with four cores and four execution threads that reach up to 3.4 GHz. For the graphics section we have an integrated Intel UHD Graphics GPU with 24EU compatible with VP9, h.265 and AV1 video codecs up to 4K@60fps. This processor and GPU is not designed for powerful 3D games, but it does allow us to use the device for other daily multimedia or office tasks smoothly.

The design of this mini PC is totally noiseless and will not disturb us at any time. In addition, this makes it maintenance free, so we can use it in any environment 24/365. Its design incorporates anti-static materials to protect the internal structure.

It also has a 8/16GB mounted in a 1x DDR4-3200 SODIMM slot with support for up to 16 GB. For storage, we have an M.2 2280 PCIe/SATA 3.0 disk slot up to 2 TB drive. We also have an SD card reader up to 512 GB.

Other features

As for connections in the NEOSMAY AC8-N we have a Wifi 6 module with external antenna, Bluetooth 5.2, two audio jacks, four USB-A 3.0 and dual Gigabit Ethernet. We have triple video output with two HDMI 2.0, DP 1.4 and VGA outputs that allow us maximum video resolutions up to 4K@60fps.

This computer is fully compatible with Windows 11 Pro or Linux, also supports Wake On LAN, PXE Boot, RTC Wake and Auto Power On. Those power-on features are important for industrial or digital signage use, we can turn on remotely or with a time programmatic.

This computer has VESA (70×70 / 100×100 mm) support to hang it behind any monitor, has dimensions of only 4.8 x 4.8 x 1.7 inches which gives a small volume.
