Another mini PC with a low price and AMD processor arrives in stores, the Ninkear M7, which sports a metal case and measures only 116 * 107 * 36 mm.
A mini PC that as usual includes a low power processor, this time an AMD Ryzen 5 7420U, an interesting Hexa core manufactured in 7nm, which although originally designed for laptops will work perfectly in this small PC. In addition, as it comes standard with 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD we already have a very interesting starting point to start using it without problems, and more knowing that it can be easily expanded in these two aspects.
Among its capabilities highlight the possibility to connect up to three monitors and as always the option to anchor it behind any monitor or TV so that it does not bother us thanks to its VESA support.
Processor and memories of Ninkear M7
In this mini PC we find a low power AMD Ryzen 5 7430U processor manufactured in 7 nm FinFET and launched at the end of 2023. This chip is a Hexa Core with 12 threads with cores reaching 4.3 Ghz and a TDP of 15W. The iGPU is a Radeon RX Vega 7 with 7 cores reaching 1800 Mhz. In the case, we have an active fan to remove hot air and keep the temperature at bay.
The RAM memory in this PC is 16 GB LPDDR4 at 3200 MHZ expandable up to 64 GB thanks to the two SODIMM slots. For storage, we find a 2280 PCIe SSD connector with a 512 GB capacity unit.
Other notable features
In terms of network connectivity, we have an M.2 Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 adapter and a Gigabit Ethernet port. The rest of the connectors are 2 USB-A 3.0 ports, 2 USB-A 2.0 ports, 3.5 mm audio jack and a USB Type-C port with video and data output. We have 2 dedicated HDMI 2.0 video outputs with 4K@60Hz HDR support.
