New laptop presented under the name of Ninkear N16 Pro, a metal laptop with 16″ 2.5K IPS screen and multiple expansion options.
The new Ninkear N16 Pro laptop offers an elegant and slim design in which undoubtedly highlights its body made of aluminum and the 2.5K IPS screen with narrow frames that mounts. In this version, we have a powerful Intel Core i7-1260P processor that will offer us a fairly high performance. This processor has a very interesting Intel Xe GPU that we can use for some games and also support all modern video codecs such as AV1.
Ninkear N16 Pro Specifications
The Ninkear N16 Pro includes the recent Intel Core i7-1260P processor manufactured in 10 nm (Intel 7) with a power consumption of 20/64 W TPD. This chip has 12 cores, four high-performance and eight low-power and in total can handle 16 processes with a maximum speed of up to 4.7 GHz. As GPU we find an Intel Iris Xe with 96 EU that includes support for the AV1 video codec. A processor with which we can move any design app at a very good level or perform demanding tasks in calculations.
The RAM we have options of 16/32 GB DDR4 in two SODIMM slots that can be expanded using other modules. In the storage section we have a 51GB or/ 1/2 TB M.2 SSD and we have two M.2 NVMe + SATA 3 slots.
Other features
The display of the Ninkear N16 Pro is a 16-inch IPS OGS with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels refresh up to 165 Hz, with HDR support, 400 nits power and 100% sRGB color. In its upper frame we find a 720p resolution webcam with microphone and physical lock button. For wireless connectivity we have integrated WIFI 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.
In terms of connectors, we have two USB-C 3.0 ports, a USB-C connector, a USB-A 2.0, 3.5mm audio jack, Gigabit Ethernet and HDMI 2.0 port complete with support for resolutions up to 4K@60fps. We also find a power connector for the battery is 55.44 Wh (11.55 V / 4800 mAH) which has an autonomy close to 6 hours in video playback.
The installed operating system is Windows 11 Pro pre-activated. We have a generous trackpad and backlit keyboard that includes a numeric keypad. We also have a fingerprint reader to unlock the system. The weight is only 1.8 kg and the thickness is 12 mm, the screen can be opened widely thanks to its hinges.
