ZTE has just unveiled its new mid-range terminal, the Nubia Air, which surprises us with its thickness of only 5.9 mm and a weight of 172 grams,
Under the hood we find an Octa Core UNISOC T8300 processor that as a reference has a score of around 510,000 points in Antutu v10. An SoC with which we will have at all times a smooth performance in all kinds of apps and games and of course 5G connectivity.
Its body despite its extreme thinness has certification for protection against dust and water IP68/ IP69K, a reinforced body with an aluminum frame and the operating system is Android 15 with different integrated iA tools.
Nubia Air Specifications
Inside this new ZTE smartphone we find a UNISOC T8300 processor, an Octa Core that is manufactured in 6nm EUV. This integrated has a cluster carrying 2 Arm Cortex-A78 capable of reaching 2.2 Ghz and a second group with 6 ARM Cortex-A55 that reach 2.0 Ghz. The GPU is a mid-range ARM Mali-G57 mp2 that reaches a top speed of 950 Mhz.
We have 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM on the motherboard that can be expanded up to 20 GB using an extra 12 GB of storage memory. Regarding the internal storage we have 256 GB although we do not know more details.
Display and connectivity
The screen of the Nubia Air is a 6.78-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 2720 × 1224 pixels, 120 Hz refresh and a maximum brightness of 4500 nits. A panel that also enjoys the protection of a Corning Gorilla Glass 7i glass. At the top of the screen we have a 20 MP camera with microphone that complements the main rear 50 MP accompanied by two more auxiliary.
This new handset sports a 5G / 4G-LTE Multiband modem with Dual SIM tray, Dual Band Wifi aC wireless connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, gyroscope, GPS 4-in-1 and a 5000 mAh battery with 33W charging. In terms of connectivity we have a single USB Type-C port, and for audio we have two microphones with noise cancellation and a speaker.
