The OnePlus brand has just presented in society its first tablet with the name of OnePlus Pad, a product that we will see live at the next MWC.
The OnePlus Pad is a tablet that comes with a very powerful Octa core MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor and 12 GB of RAM that allows us to move all kinds of apps and games without problems. In addition, it certainly stands out for its CNC aluminum body with rounded edges and 2.5D curved glass.
The 11.61″ IPS screen offers a good 2.8K resolution and a very peculiar form factor with 7:5 aspect ratio. It also has Dolby Vision certification with a remarkable light output and is accompanied by Dolby Atmos for audio.
OnePlus Pad Specifications
The OnePlus Pad tablet includes a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC, an Octa Core manufactured in 4 nm. A chip with 2 ARM Cortex-X2 processors that reach 3.05 Ghz, 3 ARM Cortex-A710 that reach up to 2.85 GHz and 4 ARM Cortex-A510 at only 1.8 GHz. In the graphics section we have integrated GPU Mali-G710 MP10 that allows us to play demanding titles quite smoothly.
The RAM memory we have soldered on board is 12 GB LPDDR4X that allows us to load multiple apps or navigation tabs. For storage we have a single version with 128 GB UFS 3.1 high-speed expandable by micro SD card up to 2 TB.
Display and other features
The screen is an 11.61″ IPS, with a resolution of 2800×2000 pixels with Dolby Vision support, brightness of 500 nits, contrast of 1400:1, screen-to-body ratio of 88.14% and a configurable refresh rate of up to 144 Hz. In the photographic section in the rear area we have the striking circle for the 18 MP 4K camera with the classic Halo Green of the brand, while in the front area we have an 8 MP FHD camera.
For audio we have four rear speakers with Dolby Atmos certification and calibrated audio system “Omnibearing Sound Field“. The battery is 9510 mAh with 67 W SuperVOOC fast charging, we can charge it in just 80 minutes to use it for a whole day.
It will be possible to buy an additional magnetic keyboard, a Folio case and the OnePlus Stylo to use it on your touchscreen.
Pricing and availability
- The OnePlus Pad tablet will soon be available for pre-order and will be on sale this April, the price is still unknown.
