The OPPO A6L appears on sale in China, a mid-range terminal of this popular Chinese brand that we do not believe will reach the West.
This oppo has a compact body with a highly resistant metal frame that has passed military-grade drop tests, although it also includes IP69 certification. One of its strong points is its massive, 7000 mAh battery that will provide good autonomy and includes 80 W fast charging.
Its processor is a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, a very good mid-range option, which as a reference has a score of around 822,000 points in Antutu V10. As an operating system it has Android 15 with the custom layer ColorOS 15.0 and its screen is an AMOLED with 120 Hz refresh and a brightness capable of reaching 1,600 nits, not bad.
OPPO A6L Specifications
The SoC chosen in this OPPO terminal is a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 (SM7550-AB), an Octa Core manufactured in 4 nm. This is a chip with 1 Arm Cortex-A715 processors that reach 2.63 Ghz, 3 Arm Cortex-A715 that reach 2.4 Ghz and 4 ARM Cortex-A510 that reach up to 1.8 GHz. In the graphics section we have integrated GPU ADRENO 720 and that allows us to play demanding titles with total fluidity.
The on-board RAM memory is 12 GB LPDDR4X, which allows us to load multiple apps or browsing tabs. For storage we have options with 256 GB UFS 3.1 expandable by micro SD card up to 1 TB.
Other features
The display of the OPPO A6L is a 6.67″ AMOLED, with a resolution of 2800 x 720 pixels with HDR support, maximum brightness of 1600 nits and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. In the photographic section we have a SONY main rear camera with 50 MP OIS supported by a 2 MP monochrome auxiliary, while in the front area we have a 32 MP camera.
For audio, we find two speakers and the battery is 7000 mAh with 80 W fast charging. For connectivity we have Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC and a 4G/5G modem with Dual SIM. As interfaces, we find a USB-C port and the fingerprint reader to unlock the smartphone is integrated into the power button and includes two symmetrical speakers.
Availability in stores
- The new OPPO A6L can be purchased in China for about $240 at the exchange rate, we do not think it will arrive in the West, although it will surely be soon on AliExpress.
