The new OPPO Pad 6 has been unveiled in China—a powerhouse of a tablet featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s processor, an overclocked version of the Dimensity 9500 that scores around 3,000,000 points on AnTuTu v11. This new version of the tablet far surpasses the OPPO Pad 5, thanks to its extensive improvements.
Its powerful octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500s is built on a 3nm process and has a maximum clock speed of 3.73 GHz. The iGPU is also a new Arm Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 capable of encoding and decoding video at resolutions up to 8K.
In terms of RAM, it features 8 GB / 12 GB / 16 GB of LPDDR5X integrated onto the board. For storage, there are versions with 256 GB / 512 GB of high-speed UFS 3.1. This tablet features a 12.1-inch IPS display with a resolution of 3000 x 2120 pixels, brightness up to 900 nits, a 7:5 aspect ratio, and a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz. It includes an 8 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera.
It features Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, six speakers, and a USB-C 3.1 Gen1 port. Additionally, it has a 10,427 mAh battery with 67 W fast charging and runs Android 16 with the ColorOS 16 overlay.
