Presented in China the new OPPO Reno14, a terminal of the popular upper-middle range with 5G connectivity that comes with interesting specifications.
This OPPO stands out in the photographic section for its three 50 MP cameras and, of them the most striking, perhaps its ZOOM sensor. Despite having a good 6000 mAh battery and IP69 protection that always adds extra weight, it surprises for its weight of only 187 grams, a very good figure.
Inside we find as engine a powerful Mediatek Dimensity 8350 processor manufactured in 4 nm that seems to be the same as the Mediatek Dimensity 8300, since it is practically only slightly improved in the speed of some cores and in its StarSpeed gaming engine that updates the performance and reduces consumption. Finally, its operating system is Android 15 with the ColorOS 15.0 layer.
OPPO Reno14 Specifications
This OPPO smartphone has at its heart a Mediatek Dimensity 8350 processor manufactured in 4nm. This chip is an Octa Core with 1 ARM Cortex-A715 processor that reaches 3.35 Mhz, 3 ARM Cortex-A715 that reach 3.2 Ghz and 4 ARM Cortex-A510 processors that reach 2.2 Ghz. The GPU is a powerful ARM Mali-G615 MC6 with which we will have no problems when moving games and includes support for AV1 and HDR10. Finally, for artificial intelligence tasks we have an NPU APU 780.
The RAM memory is 12/16 GB LPDDR5X and for storage we have options with 256/512 GB or 1 TB high-speed UFS 3.1.
Display and other notable features
Its display is a 6.59-inch IPS with a resolution of 2760 x 1256 pixels, maximum brightness of 1200 nits, a dynamic refresh that goes up to 120 Hz and protected with an OPPO Crystal Shield Glass.
For selfies we have on the front a 50 MP camera with microphone that complements the 26 mm OIS rear of also 50 MP with flash and autofocus that is supported by a secondary 8 MP with wide-angle functions and a sensor with 50 MP ZOOM functions. We also have 5G connectivity with Dual SIM, fingerprint reader integrated in screen, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and GPS 5 in 1 to position ourselves accurately anywhere
In terms of connectivity, we find on one side a single USB Type-C port for data and recharging its 6000 mAh battery that has 80 W fast charge. Finally, for audio we have two speakers and also a 6-axis gyroscope.
