Just launched in China the new mid-range terminal OPPO Reno15 Pro, a terminal that has special care in the photographic section.
Inside its body with IP69 certification are its cameras, where there is no shortage of megapixels. with a main 200MP and wide-angle sensors, telephoto and front 50 MP. As a good mid-range we have a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen and a powerful Mediatek Dimensity 8450 processor, a small update of the Dimensity 8400, which for your reference yields a result of approximately 1,950,000 points in the Antutu v11 app.
As operating system, we have Android 16 with the brand layer ColorOS 16 that comes loaded with iA tools.
Specifications of the OPPO Reno15 Pro
The SoC of this new Vivo smartphone is the recent Mediatek Dimensity 8450, an Octa Core manufactured in 4 nm. Within this integrated we have three clusters, the most powerful with 1 ARM Cortex-A725 processor that reaches 3.25 Ghz, a second with 3 ARM Cortex-A725 processors that reach 3 Ghz and the most efficient with 4 ARM Cortex-A725 processors that reach 2.1 Ghz. The GPU is a Mali-G720 MP7 that reaches 1.3 Mhz and includes support for HDR10 technology. We also have an NPU 880 for artificial intelligence work.
The RAM memory has versions with 12/16 GB LPDDR5X although as always we can expand it virtually with the storage memory. For storage, we find 256/512 GB or 1 TB UFS 3.1 that we can also expand via micro SD slot up to, we assume, with 2 TB capacity cards.
Display, cameras, and autonomy
The display panel used by the OPPO Reno15 Pro is a 6.78-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 2772 x 1272 pixels, maximum brightness of 1800 nits, 120 Hz refresh, 20:9 aspect ratio and includes light and proximity sensors.
For selfies we have on the front a 50 MP camera that complements the rear sensors integrated in a circular module, with a 200 MP OIS main sensor, a 50 MP wide-angle and a 50 MP OIS optical zoom that is equivalent to an 80 mm. We also have fingerprint reader integrated into the screen, 5G/4G LTe connectivity with Dual SIM, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, infrared sensor and GPS for precise positioning anywhere
As for connection interfaces, in this new terminal we find a USB Type-C 2.0 OTG port for data and recharging and the battery is 6500 mAh with fast charging up to 80 W and 50 W wireless. In the audio section, we have a speaker.
Price and where to buy
- The new OPPO Reno15 Pro has just been launched in China for a price of around $499 / 450 € in its basic version. At the moment we will only find it in stores like AliExpress, although it is possible that we will see it in the West in places like Amazon.
