Today we found a new fanless mini PC called Partaker H2, this surprises us with its external connector to mount a fan if necessary.
This is a mini PC fanless or not, depending on what we need and the thermal response that gives us according to the workload that has to support. A computer that offers multiple ports for use in digital signage or industrial, among others. The design of this metallic box is very resistant, if we want it will not need long term maintenance in harsh environments. We have a quad-core Intel N100 processor with a TDP of 6W TPD with a simple Intel HD Graphics GPU, with which we can use Windows 11 without problems.
This mini PC offers us enough power to use it as a home server, NAS, for office, web browsing, multimedia playback and simple games without much load.
Partaker H2 Specifications
On the motherboard of this small computer we have the Intel N100 processor manufactured in 10 nm with four cores and four execution threads that reach up to 3.4 GHz. As for graphics, we have an integrated Intel UHD Graphics GPU with 24EU supporting VP9 and h.265 video codecs up to 4K@60fps. With these specifications we can use the device for multiple daily tasks, multimedia, industrial, signage or office automation smoothly.
In the RAM memory section we have a SODIMM DDR5 slot at 4800 MHz that we can expand up to 16 GB. For storage we have capacity for an SSD M.2 2280 PCIe, slot for Wifi M2 module and we have space for another 2.5-inch SATA 3 unit.
Other features
In terms of connectivity it is possible to mount an M.2 module with Wifi and Bluetooth, in the rear area we have 2 holes for external antennas and the 2-pin port for an external fan. We also have 1 USB 3.0 port, 1 USB 2.0 port and two 2.5G Ethernet ports for use as a NAS for example. In addition, we have an HDMI 2.0 connector and a DisplayPort 1.4 with maximum output resolution up to 4K@60fps on two screens.
As a system we have Windows 11 if we order the non-barebone version, but we can install Linux. We have VESA support to hang it behind a monitor if we want. It supports scheduled power on, WoL, auto power on and has multiple additional internal ports.
