Pentium Silver N6005 and 0 noise in this interesting miniPC

It seems that the interesting Intel Pentium Silver N6005 processor is starting to be seen in AliExpress, as today we found a processor with this Chip.

A mini PC that pleases us thanks to its totally passive cooling thanks to the inclusion of the Pentium Silver N6005 processor manufactured in 10 nm and with a TDP of only 10W. A processor that has to be above the N5030 and with enough power for office work, browsing or multimedia up to 4K@60 fps resolutions.

Despite its small size of 123x123x45 mm, we have plenty of ports and Dual Channel RAM, something that always increases its performance. This interesting mini PC comes with Windows 11 Pro as operating system and includes a small VESA compatible bracket in case we want to anchor it behind any monitor or TV.

Inside this miniPC we find as engine an Intel Pentium Silver N6005 processor of the Jasper Lake family, manufactured in 10nm and that comes soldered on the motherboard. This chip is a Quad Core with 4 threads with cores that reach a maximum speed of 3.3 Ghz. The Gpu of this chip is an Intel UHD where we have 32 execution units at a top speed of 900Mhz.

For RAM we have options of 4/8/16 GB DDR4 in Dual Channel thanks to its two SODIMM slots up to 2933 Mhz. As for storage we find installed a SSD M.2 2280 512 GB capacity. We also have a micro SD card reader.

Other features

Regarding wireless connectivity we have an M.2 port to install a mini PCI-e card with Wifi / Bluetooth to our liking. As for connectors, despite its small size we find 4 USB 3.0, 2 USB 2.0, RJ45 Gigabyte network connector, HDMI 2.0b port, a DisplayPort 1.2a, a pair of 3.5 mm audio jacks and a VGA video output.
