We are back to find another high-end projector in the Chinese market, this time under the name of PIQS F1 Pro. A projector that stands out externally for its wood design and that technically includes for example Auto Autofocus, something that we only see in the high-end projectors. By cons to mention that its UI is only in Chinese, although possibly this mark will launch an international version.
Projector specifications
PIQS F1 Pro is a projector that uses DLP technology with a native resolution of 1280×720 pixels, a brightness of up to 1280 ANSI Lumens and a contrast of 5000:1. The focus as trapezoidal correction is automatic and we can get a screen that goes between 40″ and 300″ with a projection distance between 1.6 and 13 feet. This projector includes an internal battery that is capable to have a operating autonomy up to 3 h.
Other features
PIQS F1 Pro has as engine the Quad Core Amlogic T9xx SoC, possibly the version T966 with ARM Cortex-A53 processors capable of reaching 1.5Ghz and a MALI-T830MP GPU. They also include 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of eMMc storage memory, Dual Band WiFi and Bluetooth 4.1. In terms of connectivity we found a USB 3.0 port, another USB 2.0, 2 HDMI ports, SPDIF audio output, 10/100 network connector and finally a audio jack.
The operating system is Android 5.1 although it works under the PIQS UI 4.0 layer and among the accessories we also find a remote control.
