Today we have as a novelty a new Chinese TV-Box in which we find for the first time the Android 8.1 system for Allwinner H6 SoC, a SoC with an interesting video chip that we have already seen in some reviews. This new box is called Q + a device that also includes 4GB of RAM but comes in a compact plastic box that we have seen in other products. Now we are waiting to see how this SoC has made the update to Android 8.1 and if it incorporates any remarkable novelty.
SoC, RAM and storage
The Box Q + includes SoC Allwinner H6, a Quad Core with ARM Cortex-A53 processors that reaches up to 1.8Ghz and an ARM Mali-T720mp2 GPU capable of processing video up to 4K resolutions at 60fps and 6K at 30fps thanks to its Allwinner Phoenix 3.0 VE engine. It also has 4 GB of DDR3 RAM and 32/64 GB of storage memory that can be expanded thanks to the microSD card reader found in the back of the box.
Other features
This box comes with WiFi b/g/n with internal antenna and Bluetooth 4.1 on board in the wireless section. As for connectors, it includes a 10/100 network port, SPDIF digital audio output jack, a USB 3.0 port, a USB 2.0 port, an HDMI 2.0 video output and an AV analog output.
