We now have the official specifications of the new Realme Book Slim, Realme’s first foray into the world of laptops for which it chooses a 14-inch format and Intel 11Gen processors.
The Realme Book Slim is a notebook that stands out for its elaborate design, inspired by the MacBook, with an aluminum chassis, a weight of 1.38 kg and a thickness of only 14.9 mm, very good figures for its range. Its screen is not far behind, as we find a 2K IPS, brightness of 300 nits and color gamout that reaches 100% sRGB standard, good features to have a good image quality.
It also has details such as its backlit keyboard with 3 levels of brightness and power button with fingerprint reader for password-free access. The software of this Realme also has some interesting details such as the Realme PC Connect that allows us among other functions to open apps from our Smartphone easily and share files quickly. In short, these laptops are quite balanced and interesting, especially in the version with Intel i5.

The Realme Book Slim comes in two versions, the simplest with an Intel i3-1115G4 processor, a Dual Core with 4 threads capable of reaching 4.10 Ghz in turbo mode and includes an Intel UHD GPU. It also includes WIFi aC, Bluetooth 5.1, 8 GB LPDDR4x 3733 MHz and a 256/512 GB NVMe SSD. The included connectors are 2 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, a USB 3.1 Gen 1 and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
The most complete version of the Realme Book Slim brings an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor with 4 cores capable of reaching up to 4.2 GHz in turbo mode and includes an Intel Iris Xᵉ GPU with 80 execution Units and reaching 1.30 GHz. It also includes Wifi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, 8/16 GB LPDDR4x 4,266 MHz and a 512 GB NVMe SSD. The included connectors are a USB Type-C Thunderbolt 4, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, USB 3.1 Gen 1 and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
On both models we have a 14-inch 3:2 aspect ratio IPS display with a resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels, 1500:1 contrast, maximum brightness of 450 nits and that includes an HD webcam on top. The battery is 54Wh with 65W PD fast charging and we also have 2 DTS compatible Harman speakers and 2 noise cancelling microphones.
Price and availability
- The new Realme Book Slim will be available from August 30 in the Indian market from about $635 (€545) although they are sure to make the jump to the international market.
