We already have on sale in China the new REDMI K90 Pro Max, the most powerful terminal of this sub-brand of Xiaomi that draws attention for its audio system.
As we say the audio is the most surprising element of this terminal, since we find a 2.1 system with two symmetrical speakers and a subwoofer in the back signed by the prestigious brand BOSE. The cameras are also very careful, with three 50 MP rear cameras, and we have a large 7560 mAh battery with 100 W fast charging and 50 W wireless.
As engine, we have in this high-end with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 that being manufactured in 3 nm will provide us with high energy efficiency and plenty of power when we need it. Finally, the operating system is Android 16 with the Xiaomi HyperOS 3 layer that guarantees long-term updates.
REDMI K90 Pro Max Specifications
The new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Octa Core processor manufactured in 3nm is responsible for moving this new REDMI. Inside this Chip we find a configuration of 2 clusters, the fastest with 2 Prime Cores that reach 4.6 Ghz and a second with 6 Performance Cores that reach 3.6 Ghz. The GPU is an Adreno of which no details are specified at the moment, but which promises an increase in performance and efficiency of almost 25% compared to the previous generation.
The RAM memory has options with 12/16 GB LPDDR5X although we can expand it virtually as usual. For storage we have versions with 256/512 GB and 1 TB UFS 4.1 high speed, it does not have micro SD.
Display and other features
Its display is an AMOLED with 6.9-inch size, resolution of 2608 x 1200 pixels, 120 Hz refresh, brightness of up to 3500 Nits, and support for HDR10 and Dolby Vision.
For selfies we have on the front a 20 MP camera, while on the back we have a 50 MP OIS main sensor, a 50 MP x5 telephoto lens and a 50 MP wide-angle. We also find a fingerprint reader under the screen, infrared sensor, 5G connectivity with Dual SIM, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and GPS among others.
As for connection interfaces, in this new phone we have at our disposal a USB-C port for data and recharging. The battery is 7560 mAh with 100 W fast charging, 50 W wireless and for audio we have two symmetrical speakers and a subwoofer.

- The new REDMI K90 Pro Max can be purchased exclusively in China for a price starting from about $499 / 485 € at the exchange rate, although we are sure that in a few days we have it available on AliExpress.
