RockTek GX1 a complete certified box with RealTek RTD1325 on sale

Good price reduction for the recent RockTek GX1 certified Box that arrives powered by the RealTek RTD1325 SoC that seems to have even better video playback capabilities than the Realtek RTD1315C.

A box with good features thanks to its Realtek SoC that includes support for Dolby Vision, Dolby Audio, Dolby Digital Plus, AV1 and different image enhancement technologies that make use of iA algorithms such as AISR and APQ. Another pleasant surprise is the 4 GB of DDR4 RAM, something that is rarely seen in this type of Box and that will result in a better performance of the system.

The RockTek GX1 comes with Google TV 12 as operating system with integrated Chromecast and is able to play in 4K video from paid apps like Netflix, Prime Video and others thanks to the presence of the Widevine L1 certificate. Like all certified Android Boxes, a Bluetooth remote control with different shortcut keys and including microphone and numeric keypad is included to operate it.
