Curious mini PC of the Chinese brand Maxtang that we find today in AliExpress, since it incorporates as options the two APU Ryzen 1305G and 3020E of low consumption and little known in these small PC’s.
These APUs are from the cheapest range from AMD, although by power they can perfectly move the Windows 10 desktop and most productivity programs. Both chips integrate a Radeon Vega 3 GPU that despite being of the cheapest range far exceeds the Intel HD 600 that we usually see in the Celeron and that allows video in 4K resolutions at 60 fps.
An alternative to the popular and cheap Celeron that we assume we will begin to see in more Chinese miniPC models soon and at cheaper prices than this one.
Processor, RAM and storage
The Maxtang MTN-FP50 miniPC has options with the AMD Ryzen 1305G APUs, a Dual Core with 3 Threads and the AMD Ryzen 3020E APU a Dual Core with 2 threads, both APUs with a Radeon Vega 3 GPU.
This compact PC has versions up to 8 GB of RAM, but allows mounting up to 64 GB of RAM, as it includes two slots for SO-DIMM DDR4 modules. For storage, we have a 128/256 GB M.2 2280 SSD and a SATA3 connector with space for a 2.5 ″ drive.
