Chinese S600 mini PC now with an Intel Core i7-12800H

New version of the mini PC S600 that we can find in stores distributed by different brands and that this time comes equipped with an Intel Core i7-12800H.

This 12th Generation Intel Chip has 14 cores and a 96 EU Intel Xe iGPU, so we have plenty of power to run any program and even many games in 720p resolution. As in other versions of the S600 mini PC, we find an Intel wireless communications module with Wi-Fi 6E and a good capacity to increase storage, since we find 2 NVMe connectors, one of them PCIE 4.0×4 and the other SATA3.

The box in this version has not changed, since it measures only 149 x 145 x 55 mm, and it is made of aluminium that facilitates internal cooling.

In this version of the mini PC S600 we have a powerful Intel Core i7-12800H processor manufactured in 10nm (Intel 7) soldered on the board. This Chip has 14 cores with 8 efficient cores + 6 performance cores that reach up to 4.8 Ghz. The GPU is an Intel Iris Xe with 96 EU that clocks at 1.40 Ghz.

For RAM we have 2 SO-DIMM Slots where you can install up to 64 GB of DDR4 3200 Mhz RAM. For storage, we have 3 connectors, one M.2 2280 NVMe PCIE 3.0×4, another M.2 2280 NVMe PCIE 4.0×4 and a SATA 3 connector for 2.5-inch SSD drives.

Other features

Network connectivity, the S600 is up-to-date, since we have an Intel AX211 adapter that provides Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 and a pair of RJ45 100/1000M and 2.5 G network connectors respectively. The rest of the connectors are also up to scratch, since we find 4 USB 3.2, 2 USB 2.0, 3.5 mm audio jack and USB Type-C, HDMI 2.0 and Display Port 1.4 video outputs.

This mini PC includes among the accessories a VESA support and a 160 W external power supply.
