Shuttle DH02U a compact miniPC with GeForce GTX 1050 GPU

Mini compact PCs are gaining every day that passes new followers and one of the clearest signs has it is that Shuttle has just launched its new Shuttle DH02U. A miniPC that comes in two variants both with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 graphics with 4GB of RAM GDDR5 that will allow us to run games at a good graphic level. Note that we also have its 4 HDMI 2.0b video outputs that will allow us to connect monitors with resolutions up to 4K@60fps.

Processors and RAM

The Shuttle DH02U model comes standard with the Intel Kaby Lake-U Celeron 3865U low consumption processor with a 15W TPD consumption but can also optionally mount the Intel Core i3-7100U, i5-7200U or i7-7500U processors, in the RAM it is possible to install two DDR4 SODIMM modules up to 2133 MHz with a maximum capacity of 32GB. But where this mini PC stands out is in its dedicated NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 GPU that integrates 4 GB of GDDR5 RAM mounted in an MxM 3.0 Type A slot, with it we can count on four HDMI 2.0b video outputs.

Storage and other specifications

Inside this mini PC we can mount a 2.5 “disk with SATA 6Gbps connector, it has M.2 slots for the Wi-Fi adapter in 2230 format and another one for a 2280 format disk. At connections level in addition to those commented four HDMI 2.0b video outputs on the front side we have two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, audio jack input and output.In the back we have serial connector, gigabit Ethernet, power connector, Kensington lock and reset BIOS

The box has a size of only 7.4 x 6.5 x 1.7 inches (190 x 165 x 43 mm ), the system is compatible with Windows 10 and Linux, we can mount it on a VESA stand and it supports Wake on Lan remote ignition as well as Auto Power-on system for use in the sector of the digital signage.
