Today we report on the new passive Barebone called Shuttle DL20N Slim PC. A compact mini PC compatible with the latest generation Intel Jaspe Lake processors manufactured on 10nm.
In terms of specifications, this robust barebone offers a multi-purpose solution. This compact computer stands out for its ability to support multiple disks, inside we can mount an M.2 SSD and a 2.5″ SATA disk. We also have two video outputs with support for up to 4K resolutions at 60fps that can simultaneously connect to two monitors. An ideal hardware for use in industrial environments or digital signage, although it is also perfectly valid for office automation.
Shuttle DL20N specifications
The new Shuttle DL20N Slim PC comes with integrated processors on its Intel Jasper Lake generation board. The processors available include the Intel Celeron N4505, Intel Celeron N5105 and the more powerful Intel Silver Pentium 6005, quad-core processors with a power consumption of only 10W TPD. All integrate an Intel HD Graphics GPU with VP9 and h.265 support up to 4K@60fps resolutions with multiple video outputs.
Inside this miniPC we have 2 slots for SO-DIMM DDR4-2933 modules where we can install up to a total of 16 GB of RAM. For storage we have a M.2 2242/2260/2280 disk slot, a SATA III connector where we can install a 2.5-inch HD and an SD card reader on the front.
Other specifications
In terms of connectivity, the Shuttle DL20N Slim PC, despite its size, offers multiple options, internally we have an M.2 port for M.2 2230 Type-E cards. On the front of the case we find 2 USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, SD reader and 2 3.5 mm audio jacks.
The rest of the connectors are located at the rear with two COM ports, Gigabit network connector, 2 USB 2.0, 2 USB 3.2 Gen1, HDMI 2.0b 4K@60fps video output, DisplayPort 1.4a output, VGA port, antenna connectors and external BIOS reset. This model is compatible with VESA support and has multiple options for remote or scheduled power on.
