Shuttle XPC slim DH370 more power for the Intel Coffee Lake-S processors

Shuttle presents a new member of its slim XPC family, the Barebone DH370 a compact device with a volume of only 1.3 liters and that now integrates an Intel H370 chipset with support for Intel Core 8th generation processors “Coffee Lake-S ” Thanks to this new controller we now have support for USB 3.1 Gen2 port up to 10Gbps and we can install processors with up to 12 threads, without a doubt a very high power in a very small size.

Processors, RAM and storage

The Shuttle XPC slim DH370 integrates the powerful Intel H370 chipset, it also has socket LGA1155v2 compatible with Intel processors of Eighth generation with a TDP of up to 65W with 6 cores and 12 threads. It also includes 2 slots for SO-DIMM DDR4-2400/2666 modules where we can install up to a total of 32GB of RAM, a M.2 port 2280M with NVMe support, a Serial-ATA III connector where we can install a 2.5 SSD inches and finally an SD card reader installed in the front.

Other specifications

The connectivity options of the Shuttle XPC slim DH370 despite its size are large, internally we have an M.2 port for M.2-2230E cards while in the front of the box we find 2x USB 2.0, 2x USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports up to 10Gbps and 2 3.5mm audio jacks. On the back with 2x COM ports, 2x Gigabit network connectors, 2x USB 3.1 Gen 2, 2x USB 2.0, an HDMI 2.0b video output, two DisplayPort 1.2 connectors and also integrates a Realtek ALC 662 5.1 audio chip.
