The Spanish brand Slimbook has just presented a new all-in-one model called Slimbook Curve 24 that mounts a 24 “curved screen, this brand specialized in laptops makes the leap to this format with interesting specifications. This device uses Linux by default with total compatibility for a large number of popular distributions, we can also buy it with Windows 10 if we are interested in paying that if the €105 of the license.
Processor, RAM and storage
The new all in one Slimbook Curve 24 have two variants depending on the processor they integrate, on the one hand we have the Intel Core i5-7200U up to 3.1 GHz and on the other the powerful Intel Core i7-7500U up to 3.5 GHz, two Dual core models with four threads, they integrate an Intel HD Graphics 620 GPU and reach a consumption of 25 W TPD. By default these models mount 8 GB of DDR4 RAM upgradable to 16 and a disk M.2 SSD 120 GB upgradable to 1 TB, optionally we can upgrade or add a second mechanical hard drive if we are interested.
Display, connectivity and other features
As a base of this all in point we have a 24″ IPS curved screen with Full HD resolution with anti-glare system that integrates the computer’s hardware, in the section of wireless connections we have Wifi AC and Bluetooth 4.0. At connection level we have four USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0, HDMI output for a second screen, Gigabit Ethernet port, audio input and output jack. This model has dimensions of 32 x 53.6 x 7.2 to 40.80 cm and includes a power supply of 12V 5A (60W).
