Stridebox Z1 PRO a cheap Android sound bar with a Quad core S905X SoC

It seems that the Chinese are encouraged these last days with new models of sound bars that integrate a media player with Android. On this occasion we find the model called Stridebox Z1 PRO, with a fairly simple design and that includes as core the popular Quad Core Amlogic S905X SoC, a cheap chip but capable of reproducing video files without problems even with 4K resolutions. The bar has a maximum output power of 40w with a pair of speakers, so it’s looks on the photographs, since the technical specifications do not indicate it.

In its facet of TV-Box the Stridebox Z1 PRO sound bar includes the previous commented S905X SoC that has CPU cores ARM Cortex-A53 of 64bit with a speed of up to 1.5 GHz and a GPU ARM Mali-450mp5. Integrated into the board we find 1/2GB of RAM, 8/16GB of storage memory, WiFi b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.1. In terms of connectivity, there are two USB 2.0 ports on the back, an HDMI 2.0a, a 10/100 network port and a audio input jack.

The operating system is Android 7.1 and we also have an IR remote control among the included accessories.
