Today we found a peculiar micro PC called SZBOX S100, a system that surprises us with its design and its two prominent external antennas.
In this tiny PC we have an Intel N100 processor that allows us to work smoothly with productivity programs and surf the Internet fluently, you can read our review about this processor. This computer also stands out for its brown metal case with white details, also on the side it has two large Wifi antennas compared to the case.
A small computer that will have good wireless range, it is even possible to use it as a home multimedia micro server for PLEX or KODI among others.
SZBOX S100 Specifications
The SZBOX S100 micro PC , also known as SIMODEWA mini PC, has integrated on board the Intel N100 processor manufactured in 10 nm with four cores and four threads of execution that reach up to 3.4 GHz. For the graphics section we have an integrated Intel UHD Graphics GPU with 24EU compatible with AV1 video codec up to 4K@60fps. A processor and GPU that is not designed for demanding 3D games, but it does allow us to use this hardware for domestic or industrial tasks.
As for the RAM memory, we have 16 GB LPDDR5 at 4800Mhz soldered on board. Regarding the storage we have a single option with an SSD M.2 NVme 2242 to mount inside.
Other features
In the wireless connectivity section, it includes Wifi 6 Bluetooth 5.2 (Intel AX200). In the area of connectors we count on the perimeter of its small case with 3 USB 3.1 ports, 3.5 mm audio jack, an Ethernet 2.5 GB network port and 2 HDMI 2.0 video outputs that allow video output in resolutions up to 4K@60fps.
The installed operating system is Windows 11 and a small VESA bracket is also included to hide it behind our monitor or TV.
